Children’s Fall-Winter Consignment Sale
September 11, 12 & 13, 2008


Registration: July 25 – August 25
Mail your $10 Registration Fee, payable to Bethel UMW, to Lisa Benfield, 138 Huntley Drive, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.

Late Registration: August 26 – 31
Late Registration Fee $5

NO REGISTRATION WILL BE
ACCEPTED AFTER August 31st



The approximate # of items to be sold is necessary at REGISTRATION in order to supply pre-printed Bethel tags that must be used on all items.

CONSIGNORS, PREVIOUS and NEW, must PRE-REGISTER.

Consignor Number: Call Mary Jane at
587-1969 or mjsurka@yahoo.com to receive a consignor number AND drop-off appointment.

TAGS: Pre-printed tags for ALL items will be mailed to consignors within 5 days of receipt of $10 Registration Fee, A $3 Mailing Fee will be deducted from your profit.

Drop-Off: Bethel United Methodist Church Gym.
Schedule:
Sunday September 7, 2 pm - 7 pm Monday September 8, 9 am - 7 pm Tuesday September 9, 9 am - 1 pm

Donations: Circle red “D” on tag to donate unsold items. Donated items will go to local missions.

Pick-Up: Unsold items must be picked up between 2:30 & 3:30 pm on Saturday, September 13. Items not picked up will be donated to local missions.

Volunteers: Needed for 4-5 hour shifts. Volunteers and consignors will be given 2 tickets to the Pre-Sale event. Contact Janie at 576-3425, or jtrnavsk@charter.net to select your shift preference.

Clothing: Fall/Winter clothing will be accepted. Sizes include Girls and Boys newborn through size 12. YOU MUST WRITE SIZE NUMBER ON TAG; do not use small, medium, large. Group clothing according to size for an easy and fast drop-off. Clothing must be clean, ironed and in good condition – no holes, stains, or missing buttons

Maternity Wear: Current style clothing (limited to 10 items) will be accepted.

Shoes: Gently worn CHILDREN’S shoes are accepted. Place in a large plastic bag and attach tag to outside using clear packing tape.

Blankets & Crib Sets: Place in a large plastic bag and attach tag to outside using clear packing tape.

Toys, Videos & Books: Must be in excellent working condition. Include batteries if needed. Attach tag to outside using clear packing tape.

Baby Equipment & Furniture: All parts must be included in a plastic bag securely attached to large items. Attach tag to outside using clear packing tape.
Car Seats must be accident free and less than 5 years old.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT
Bathing Suits, Bibs, Bottles, Cups, Diapers, Pacifiers, Stuffed Toys, and Underwear.

We reserve the right to refuse items that are not clean and in good condition.
 


Tags: Please follow the instructions below for tagging items. Only Bethel pre-printed tags will be accepted.

SAFETY PINS MUST be used to secure tags to clothing items.

Note: Tag is pinned to right.
Hanger Hook is facing left.

REMINDER
Mail your $10 Registration Fee to Lisa before August 31.

PRICING: 25%-30% of original price is a good guideline for pricing items. 40% is a good guideline for large items such as strollers, cribs, exersaucers, etc. Items must be priced in $1.00 Increments

Profit: Consignors receive 65% of sale price and Bethel United Methodist Women receive 35%. Please note that ALL proceeds from the sale directly benefit local missions. Thank you for your participation and support.

YOU MUST HAVE A PASS TO ENTER THE PRE-SALE EVENT WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 10.

Holiday & Boutique Attire will be in a designated area.
